Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains what personal data yeygo collects, why, who we share it with and what you can do about it. It covers two groups of people: sellers, who make launch pages, and buyers, who join them.
Who we are
yeygo is run by Bo Mang, LLC (“yeygo”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us about anything in this policy at admin@yeygo.app.
Sellers and buyers
If you’re a seller, we decide how your account data is used, so we are its controller.
If you’re a customer, you gave your details to the brand that runs the launch page you joined. That brand decides how your data is used and is its controller. We store and process it on the brand’s behalf, as their processor, and follow their instructions and this policy. The brand’s name is on the launch page and in every email.
What we collect from sellers
- Account: your name, email address and password (stored hashed), or your Google profile name, email and picture if you sign in with Google.
- Brand: your brand name, handle, logo, reply-to email address and everything you put on your launch pages.
- Billing: subscriptions are paid through Stripe, our payment processor. We receive your plan, subscription status and a customer reference — never your card details.
- Sign-in sessions: the IP address and browser type used for each session, to keep your account secure.
- Support: anything you send us when you get in touch.
What we collect from buyers
- What you enter: your email address, the option you picked, any detail you added (like a size) and whether you asked for reminders.
- Where you came from: the referring site, the tagged link or campaign (UTM) you used, and the channel the brand assigned to that link.
- How you used the page: visits and return visits, time taken to choose, the order options were shown in, and clicks on the page.
- Emails: whether emails to you were delivered, opened or clicked, and whether they bounced or were marked as spam.
- Consent: the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
- Orders: if the brand sells through Launch checkout, the order details needed to fulfil it (name, shipping address, items and amount). Payment is taken by the brand’s own Stripe account; we never see or store card details.
- Your IP address is used briefly for rate limits and bot checks. It is not stored with your signup.
How we use it
We use personal data to:
- run launch pages and send the emails you signed up for, or that your account needs (sign-in, billing, alerts)
- show sellers their results: how many people joined, what they picked, where they came from and signals of interest
- keep out spam, bots, fake and disposable signups, and protect accounts
- bill sellers, answer support requests and meet legal obligations
- understand how yeygo is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it
What we never do
- We don’t sell personal data.
- We don’t use buyers’ data to advertise to them, and we don’t share one brand’s buyers with another brand.
- We don’t send buyers anything except emails about the drops they joined.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every marketing email sent through yeygo has an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe in your email app. You can stop emails about one launch, or everything from that brand. A bounce or spam complaint stops all email to that address.
Receipts for something you bought still arrive after you unsubscribe, because they are part of the order. See yeygo.app/unsubscribe for details.
Cookies
We only use cookies that yeygo needs to work. We don’t use advertising cookies.
- Sign-in cookie: keeps sellers signed in.
- Visitor cookie (ds_vid): a random ID, kept for up to a year, so a launch page can count return visits and avoid duplicate signups.
- Bot check: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that signups come from people, not bots.
Where data is stored
Our providers store data in the United States and the European Union. Where data moves between countries, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Seller accounts: while your account is open, then deleted within 30 days of closing it.
- Fans: until the brand deletes the launch page or its account, or asks us to delete you.
- Unsubscribes and spam complaints: kept for as long as needed to keep honouring them.
- Backups: overwritten within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, California law and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act — you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how it is used, and withdraw consent at any time.
Sellers: email admin@yeygo.app.
Fans: reply to any email from the brand to reach them directly, or email admin@yeygo.app and we’ll pass your request on and help them act on it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers, access is limited to people who need it, and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
yeygo is not meant for children. Sellers must be at least 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16; if you think we have, email admin@yeygo.app and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top, and tell sellers by email before a significant change takes effect.
