Using yeygo

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Keep your account details accurate and your password safe. You’re responsible for everything done through your account.
• yeygo is a tool for running launches: launch pages, signups, emails to the people who joined, and, if you turn it on, Launch checkout.

Your handle and launch pages

Your handle gives you yourbrand.yeygo.app and the sending address mail@yourbrand.yeygo.app. Handles are not property; we may reclaim or rename a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, misleads buyers or is unused, and some names are reserved.

Free accounts show “Made with yeygo” on launch pages.

Your content

You own what you put on yeygo — names, images, text and products. You give us permission to host, display and send it only to run yeygo for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it is accurate.

Your buyers and your emails

Fans join through your launch page and agree to hear from you about that launch. For their data, you are the controller and we are your processor: you decide what to do with it, and you’re responsible for using it lawfully.

You agree to:

• only email people who joined through your launch pages — no bought, rented or scraped lists
• only send emails about your drops and your brand
• never hide who you are or mislead buyers in a subject line
• honour unsubscribes and follow the email and privacy laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM and the GDPR

To protect deliverability for everyone, we may pause sending for a brand whose emails bounce above 5% or are marked as spam above 0.1%, and we may hold or decline any email that looks like spam or phishing.

Selling with Launch checkout

With Launch checkout, buyers pay through your own Stripe account, under Stripe’s terms. You are the seller: you’re responsible for your products, prices, taxes, delivery, refunds, returns and customer service.

yeygo is not a party to the sale and takes no commission on it. Payment provider fees are between you and your provider. We are not responsible for chargebacks, disputes or holds on your payment account.

What you can’t do

You agree not to use yeygo to:

• sell or promote anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen or unsafe, including weapons, drugs and adult content
• post hateful, harassing or misleading content, or impersonate anyone
• send spam or phishing, or use yeygo to collect data for anything other than your drops
• break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer yeygo, or get around plan limits or security
• resell yeygo without our written permission

Plans, billing and refunds

• Free costs nothing. Paid is $19 a month or $190 a year. Launch checkout is included on every plan. Add-ons are billed on top. Prices on yeygo.app/#pricing are the current ones.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We add sales tax or VAT where required.
• Paid plans and add-ons renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment on Paid and you’ll get it in full. Other payments are not refundable unless the law says otherwise.
• We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your plan.

Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts buyers or other users at risk, or that we’re legally required to act on. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

After an account is closed, its launch pages stop working and its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

Changes to yeygo

We’re improving yeygo all the time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance and refund any unused prepaid period for it.

Disclaimers

yeygo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Results such as interest, choices and signals of who’s serious are estimates to help you decide; they don’t guarantee sales.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, yeygo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us comes from your content, your products, your emails or your breaking these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes go to its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and email you at least 14 days before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using yeygo after that, the new terms apply.
